      The VCB Widget is a powerful tool designed for Inventory Managers to monitor and control key financial metrics related to each vehicle in Inventory Hub. It consolidates cost data, budget tracking, and market insights — helping you make informed decisions throughout the vehicle lifecycle

      What Does the VCB Widget Track?

      • Days Since First Seen in Feed
        Tracks how many days have passed since the vehicle first appeared in your inventory feed, helping monitor aging.

      • Price & Cost [with CarPraze Market Differentials]
        When integrated with CarPraze, the widget shows market-based pricing differentials to give you real-time market context.

      • The sum of All Approved Service Line-Items
        Displays the total cost of parts, labor, and fees from approved service line items attached to the vehicle.

      • Flooring Cost
        Automatically calculates flooring cost using your configured new and used flooring rates from Dealership Settings.

      • Budget Spent vs Allotted
        Helps you track how much of your allocated budget has been spent on the vehicle’s preparation.

        CarPraze Integration

        For dealerships subscribed to both Dealer by Design and CarPraze, the VCB Widget’s functionality can be enhanced with live market data and inventory syncing.
