      Optional Feature: LPO Tracker

      The LPO Tracker is an optional feature available exclusively to GM dealerships using Inventory Hub. It helps your team stay ahead by tracking Limited Production Option (LPO) accessories and ensuring timely follow-up.

      What the LPO Tracker Does

      With the LPO Tracker enabled, GM dealers can upload their LPO reports directly into Inventory Hub. These reports are used to monitor which incoming vehicles have associated LPOs.

      Once a vehicle with an LPO appears in your inventory feed:

      • Inventory Hub automatically detects the VIN

      • Tasks are created and assigned to both the Sales and Service teams, alerting them to take appropriate action

      This ensures no LPO-related work is missed and that the right departments are notified as early as possible.

      How to Enable the LPO Tracker

      To enable the LPO Tracker for your GM store, please contact support:

      support@dealerbydesign.ca

      Once set up, your team will be able to upload LPO reports (KSOP2110-B, .rpt file type) regularly, and Inventory Hub will handle the rest — automatically watching for vehicle arrivals and generating tasks.
