      Inventory Profile

      The Inventory Profile is the detailed workspace that opens when clicking on a vehicle in Inventory Hub. It includes task lists, vehicle data, service items, notes, and permissioned widgets — plus a full history log of all changes made.

      Vehicle Profile

      The Inventory Profile is the central workspace for managing an individual vehicle in Inventory Hub. When a user clicks on a vehicle from the Inventory Dashboard, this detailed profile view opens, showing everything related to that vehicle’s journey from arrival to sale.

      What’s Inside the Inventory Profile?

      Each Inventory Profile brings together key information and tools in one place to streamline workflow and improve visibility. The profile is made up of:

      • Task Lists – The full set of assigned preparation tasks, including their status and due dates.

      • Vehicle Information – Core details such as stock number, VIN, condition, pricing, and location.

      • Service Line-Items – Any recommended or required work added by the Fixed Ops team, including approval status and cost estimates.

      • Notes – Internal communication between team members about the vehicle.

      • Widgets – Modular panels that surface additional information and features, such as cost summaries, photos, documents, delivery progress, and more. Some widgets are available to all users, while others are permission-based and only visible to certain roles.

      Vehicle History

      Every Inventory Profile also includes a History feature, which tracks and displays all changes made to the vehicle since it was first created in Inventory Hub. This includes edits to vehicle details, task status updates, approvals, archiving, and more — giving your team a full audit trail of activity and decisions. The History feature is located under the Options sub-menu.
