Inventory Hub and Delivery Hub are tightly connected to make vehicle workflows seamless — from initial preparation to final delivery. This integration ensures better data continuity, fewer manual steps, and improved tracking for both new inventory and trade-ins.
Schedule a Delivery from the Inventory Hub
From within a Vehicle Profile in Inventory Hub, you can initiate a delivery when the vehicle is ready:
-
Click the “Schedule Delivery” button in the top-right sub-menu of the Vehicle Profile. If the vehicle already has a Delivery scheduled, the button will link you there.
-
This opens the create delivery screen in Delivery Hub, with the vehicle’s information pre-filled.
This action links the two records, keeping inventory and delivery timelines in sync.
Viewing an Inventory Profile from Delivery Hub
When working inside Delivery Hub, it's easy to access detailed information about any associated vehicle in Inventory Hub — whether you're tracking prep progress, checking task completion, or reviewing reconditioning details.
If a vehicle in Delivery Hub has an associated Inventory Profile, you can quickly open it:
-
In the vehicle's top-right sub-menu in Delivery Hub, click the “Inventory” button.
-
This will open the full Vehicle Profile in Inventory Hub in a new tab or window.
From there, you can see task status, notes, budget usage, and everything tracked during the vehicle’s lifecycle in Inventory Hub.
Delivery Hub Trade-Ins Flowing into Inventory Hub
When a delivery is completed in Delivery Hub and a trade-in vehicle is recorded, Inventory Hub can automatically handle the intake — if the dealership setting is enabled.
-
The trade-in will be added to Inventory Hub with a temporary stock number.
-
Once that trade’s VIN appears in the dealership’s inventory feed, Inventory Hub will merge the records and update all vehicle details.
This process helps eliminate double-entry and ensures trade-ins are tracked from delivery to reconditioning without missing a step.
