Integration FAQ

Inventory Hub and Delivery Hub are designed to integrate with various third-party platforms to streamline information syndication into our platform. The result is automation and a reduction of double entry.

  • Inventory Hub: Integration is required to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory tracking.

  • Delivery Hub: Integration is not required. Many dealers have successfully processed 200+ vehicles per month without any integration.

We support two primary types of integrations:

  • daily CSV file drops via SFTP
  • API integrations.

Daily CSV File Drops

For dealers using platforms that support scheduled file transfers, Inventory Hub and Delivery Hub can process inventory and vehicle data efficiently. Supported providers include:

  • Cars Commerce / D2C Media

  • EDealer

  • HomeNet

API Integrations

For real-time data synchronization and automation, Inventory Hub and Delivery Hub support API integrations. Currently, we integrate with:

  • PBS

Setting Up Integration

To set up integration, dealers need to email support@dealerbydesign.ca with the following information:

  • Dealership name

  • Contact person for approval

  • Provider (e.g. HomeNet)

For PBS integrations, an additional form is required to be completed and returned to our Support.
