Getting Started with Inventory Hub

This article will help you get familiar with the platform, understand the layout, and know what to expect when you log in for the first time.

What Is Inventory Hub?

Inventory Hub is built to give everyone in the dealership a clear view of what’s happening with each vehicle on the lot. Instead of checking in with multiple people or digging through spreadsheets, you’ll be able to see exactly where a vehicle is in the process, what tasks still need to be done, and who’s responsible for each one. Whether you're detailing, taking photos, installing accessories, or just trying to find out if a car is ready — you’ll find what you need here.

What You’ll See When You Log In

When you log in, you’ll land on the Inventory Dashboard — this is your home base. It shows all active vehicles, and you can quickly spot what stage each one is in. Depending on your role, you may see just the vehicles you're assigned to, or you might see everything that’s currently in progress.

Each vehicle listing gives you an at-a-glance view of its current status: stock number, location, department, and which tasks have been completed so far. Clicking into one opens up the Vehicle Profile providing more detail, including its full task history, any notes or updates, and what’s coming next.

Where to Go From Here

Most users get the hang of things quickly after their first day using Inventory Hub. But if you’re ever unsure, the system is designed to be intuitive — and help is always available. You can access additional guides and answers to common questions right here in the Knowledge Base.

And remember, if you’re just getting started, the User Support – Getting Started Guide is your best next stop.
