Getting Started for New Users

This article will provide new users with information to login and begin using the Delivery Hub by Dealer by Design.

For new users, we recommend watching the above video to familiarize yourself with the core components of the Delivery Hub

Step-by-Step Instructions to log in:

1. Account validation (for new users)
   If your account has just been created, make sure to click the validation link in the email sent to the address provided during user account creation. This step is necessary to activate your account.
2. Navigate to the Dealer by Design website
   To sign in to the service, visit app.dealerbydesign.ca. We recommend bookmarking the site for faster access by pressing Ctrl + D on your keyboard.
3. Enter your credentials
   On the sign-in page, enter your username (email address) and password, then click 'Login'. If successful, you'll be taken to the Calendar overview screen.
