Steps to Troubleshoot Dealer by Design

This article provides the steps to eliminate problems that might be caused by your local work machine

Log in and out.

  1. Ensure that DBD is open in Google Chrome.
  2. Press F12 to open a side menu from the right side.
  3. Navigate to the 'Application' tab at the top of the side menu.
  4. Locate the 'Local Storage' section in the left-hand menu and expand it by clicking the arrow.
  5. Right-click on 'https://app.dealerbydesign.ca' and select the 'Clear' option.
  6. Attempt to log in and save a delivery.
